Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a medium sized bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the coconut oil and ghee.
Add the sweetener, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt to the same bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Add the almond flour 1 cup at a time and mix with the hand mixer.
Form the dough into balls and lightly press down. Place on a cookie sheet (don’t make the balls too big because they will spread during cooking baking).
Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool before serving.
