Instructions
Preheat oven to 325˚F.
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients excluding the salt and pepper. Whisk until everything is well-combined.
Add your egg. Use your hands to knead the mixture and mix all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Spray two pieces or parchment paper with cooking spray. Lay one pieces spray side up. You are going to use the other piece to press your mixture flat.
Remove the top parchment sheet.
Using a knife, cut your mixture whatever desired cracker size.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crackers are crispy.
Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool before eating.
