Keto Frozen Protein Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 6 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 6 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. dried unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp. crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp. salted sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and then stir in the protein powder until coated. Next add in the peanut butter and then the coconut flakes, nuts and seeds. Spread out onto a pan coated with parchment paper and then place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm. Let stand outside the freezer for about 5 minutes before breaking into pieces to eat.
