beef steak (choose a steak of your choice, sliced

Romaine lettuce leaves

For the guacamole

ripe avocado
mashed

lime juice

chopped or use 2 teaspoons (2 dried cilantro)
Dash of chili powder

Instructions
Add the avocado oil to a frying pan, and add in the onion slices. Then add in the slices of beef and bell pepper.
When the beef is cooked, add in the cumin powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
While the beef is cooking, make the guacamole (instructions on Page 102).
Serve with the guacamole and romaine lettuce leaves (optional).
