Cut four thin slices from your Upgraded Health Keto Bread. Spread a small amount of butter on one side of each slice.
Before turning on heat, place two slices of bread butter side down on a grill pan or a skillet. Next stack one a slice of cheese, two slices of ham, and the other slice of bread, butter side up for both sandwiches.
Over medium heat, cook until bread is golden and cheese starts to melt, then flip sandwich on the other side.
While the other side cooks, add a small amount of coconut oil to a small pan. Fry one egg, sunny side up and remove from heat.
Once two small sandwiches are grilled on both sides, remove from head, and add sunny-side egg on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
