Keto Croque Madame

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Upgraded Health Keto Bread
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 4 slices of smoked deli ham
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut four thin slices from your Upgraded Health Keto Bread. Spread a small amount of butter on one side of each slice.
  • Before turning on heat, place two slices of bread butter side down on a grill pan or a skillet. Next stack one a slice of cheese, two slices of ham, and the other slice of bread, butter side up for both sandwiches.
  • Over medium heat, cook until bread is golden and cheese starts to melt, then flip sandwich on the other side.
  • While the other side cooks, add a small amount of coconut oil to a small pan. Fry one egg, sunny side up and remove from heat.
  • Once two small sandwiches are grilled on both sides, remove from head, and add sunny-side egg on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
