For the dressing, combine the avocado, green onion, basil, cilantro, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
Add the remaining dressing ingredients to the food processor, and pulse until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Add water if necessary to thin dressing to desired consistency.
To assemble the salad, place the mixed greens in a bowl. Top with the egg, turkey, cucumber, red onion, and sliced avocado.
Drizzle the dressing on the salad just before serving.
