- 7 ounce sugar free dark chocolate
- 3 ½ ounces of butter
- 3 ½ ounces of cream
- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks
- Erythritol to taste
Take an 8-inch baking pan and grease with butter
Add butter and chocolate pieces to a bowl and heat for 2 minutes in the microwave
Mix in Erythritol and cream and stir gently
Whisk in egg yolks and beat
Beat egg whites in another bowl and season with salt, keep mixing until stiff peaks form
