In a food processor, combine dates, almond flour, protein, ground chia seed, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cardamom, and 2 pouches of SuperFat Protein. Process 1-2 minutes until dough forms.
Turn dough out onto prepared sheet pan. Form into a rectangle, about 1 inch thick.
Drizzle with SuperFat Cacao Coconut. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Transfer to freezer for 1-2 hours, until firm. Cut into 6 bars.
