- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cauliflower orets. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the cooked cauliflower, pressing out any excess moisture.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower florets, butter, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pulse to combine and mix until smooth.
