Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cauliflower orets. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the cooked cauliflower, pressing out any excess moisture.
  • In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower florets, butter, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Pulse to combine and mix until smooth.
