Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned.
Allow cooling completely before serving.
