Kasha (Roasted Buckwheat)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Kasha
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • Bring water and salt to a boil.
  • Add Kasha.
  • Cover pot and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork and serve.
