Add the kale, mushrooms, and garlic, and sauté until the veggies are cooked.
Place the ground pork in a mixing bowl, and add the veggies and spices. Mix well, and form into patties.
Melt the other half of the coconut oil over medium heat, and add half the sausage patties. Cook until golden brown on each side and cooked in the middle.
Repeat with the other half. You may need to add a little coconut oil for the second set of patties.
