Instructions
In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, add the beef. Add the onion, celery, radishes, and garlic on top of the beef.
Add the broth, pumpkin purée, sea salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5½ hours. Stir in the spinach.
Cover and cook on LOW for 30 minutes.
Divide between bowls and serve with your favorite toppings.
