This recipe will work for an outdoor grill, stovetop, or oven.
Instructions
Outdoor grill:
Preheat the grill to medium-high, and oil grates. Cooking time will be 8 minutes per side.
Stovetop:
If using a stove, use a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Note that more cooking time will be needed. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Oven:
If you are using the oven, preheat to 350°F, and place the chicken on a baking tray. The cooking time will be approximately 40 minutes.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Lay 1 rosemary sprig on top of each chicken breast, and wrap a slice of bacon around to hold the rosemary in place. Secure each piece of bacon with a toothpick or another rosemary sprig.
Cook the breasts about 8 minutes per side on the grill, or until the juices run clear and there is no pink in the middle.
