Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin
grilled + sliced

Worcestershire Sauce

Steak Seasoning
A Small Handful Pine Nuts

Goat Cheese
Sea Salt + Pepper

Instructions
Preheat grill to 400* or medium high heat.
Whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire, steak season, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over the pork and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cook pork over the grill for 5 minutes per side.
Whisk together vinaigrette dressing and set aside.
Once seared, move to the off-grill rack and close the lid.
Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes turning it over once.
Remove from grill and tent with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
Place lettuce, shallots, pear, cranberries, pine nuts, goat cheese, salt and pepper.
Add sliced, grilled pork.
Drizzle with vinaigrette or one of the recommended salad dressings listed below.
Notes
Dressing: ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar, 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 T Dijon Mustard, 1tsp Honey, 1 tsp Salt & Pepper (to taste)
