Grease the bottom of the bowl of a 6-quart slow cooker with the ghee.
In a large bowl, combine the meat, bell pepper, onion, sea salt, pork rinds, egg, and broth. Work the ingredients together until just combined, then shape the meat into a loaf.
Arrange the turnips in the bottom of the slow cooker, and place the meatloaf on top of the turnips.
Cover, and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours.
When done, slice and serve the meatloaf with the turnips, and enjoy!
