Crispy Carnivore Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g 7 oz thinly sliced cooked beef (for wrapping)
  • 100 g 3.5 oz raw fish (tuna or salmon), minced
  • 50 g 1.76 oz cream cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the minced raw fish with cream cheese and a pinch of salt. Combine well.
  • Assemble the Rolls: Lay out the beef slices flat. Place a portion of the fish and cream cheese mixture on one end of each beef slice and roll tightly to encase the filling.
  • Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until the outside of the beef is crispy.
  • Serve: Allow to cool slightly and serve immediately.
