  • cups full-fat coconut milk
  • cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 3 T ground flax seed
  • 1 T collagen protein powder
  • ¼ t monk fruit powder
  • ½ t vanilla extract
  • ½ t cinnamon optional
  • Optional: Berries, nuts, and seeds for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of the Instant Pot.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Lock the lid into place and move the vent knob to the sealed position. Set mode to manual and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Use the quick release, remove the lid, and stir the contents thoroughly.
  • Serve warm with optional toppings.
