- 1¼ cups full-fat coconut milk
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 3 T ground flax seed
- 1 T collagen protein powder
- ¼ t monk fruit powder
- ½ t vanilla extract
- ½ t cinnamon optional
- Optional: Berries, nuts, and seeds for toppings
Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of the Instant Pot.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Lock the lid into place and move the vent knob to the sealed position. Set mode to manual and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Use the quick release, remove the lid, and stir the contents thoroughly.
Serve warm with optional toppings.
