In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the spinach and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until it wilts.
In a large bowl, add the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, nutritional yeast, coconut cream mixed with apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Spray a 6-inch baking dish with olive oil and pour the spinach mixture into the pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly golden. Serve immediately.
