Instructions
Grease a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with the butter.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken, onion, and cauliflower florets into the prepared slow cooker.
Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and top with the thyme.
