Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to incorporate thoroughly.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven to bake 20–25 minutes, stirring the mixture halfway through baking.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely.
Break it into chunks and transfer it to an airtight container to store.
