Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • cups finely ground almond flour
  • ½ t baking powder
  • ¼ cup erythritol sweetener
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ½ cup unsalted grass-fed butter softened
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, erythritol sweetener, and sea salt and stir to combine. Add the egg and butter and mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips and pecans. Stir to combine.
  • Roll the dough into 12 balls and arrange on a baking sheet. With your thumb or the back of a spoon, press the dough balls down to flatten into a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
