Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, erythritol sweetener, and sea salt and stir to combine. Add the egg and butter and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and pecans. Stir to combine.
Roll the dough into 12 balls and arrange on a baking sheet. With your thumb or the back of a spoon, press the dough balls down to flatten into a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
