Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients, except for the salt and pepper, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled.
