white onion
halved and sliced

garlic powder

fresh lime juice

chopped fresh cilantro

Optional toppings:
Sour cream, shredded Mexican blend cheese, hot sauce
Instructions
In the bowl of a slow cooker, add all ingredients, except the lime juice, cilantro and optional toppings.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until the chicken has cooked through and the peppers and onion are tender.
Just before serving, add the lime juice and mix well. Top with the cilantro.
Serve hot, with the sour cream, Mexican-blend cheese, and hot sauce, if desired.
