Instructions
Season Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with sea salt and optional black pepper.
Prepare Slow Cooker: Add the bacon fat to the slow cooker and place the seasoned chicken breasts in the fat.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken breasts are tender and easily shred with a fork.
Serve: Shred the chicken breasts if desired and serve hot with a drizzle of the bacon fat from the slow cooker for added flavor.
Optional:
If using Grill, go over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
