Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast strips
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 4 sticks of your preferred carnivore-friendly cheese such as cheddar or gouda
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lay out the chicken breast strips on a clean surface.
  • Place a stick of cheese at one end of each chicken strip.
  • Roll up the chicken strip tightly around the cheese.
  • Wrap a strip of bacon around each chicken roll, securing it with toothpicks if needed.
  • Season the bacon-wrapped chicken rolls with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
