Ingredients

large carrots
peeled and roughly chopped (about ⅔ cup)

peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger

lime juice

honey or maple syrup

toasted sesame oil

salt
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the dressing ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Drizzle over grain bowl or salad.
