- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup pork rinds finely ground
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or ghee for cooking
Prepare the Batter:
In a blender, combine the eggs, ground pork rinds, heavy cream, baking powder, and salt.
Blend until smooth and let the batter rest for a few minutes to thicken.
Cook the Pancakes:
