Prep Meat Layer: Mix ground beef with eggs, half of the salt, and optional spices until well combined. Spread this mixture at the bottom of the slow cooker as the first layer.
Add "Noodle" Layer: Lay slices of thinly sliced beef over the ground beef layer.
Cheese Layer: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the beef slices.
