- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder optional, for fluffiness
Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and baking powder (if using) to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
Cook the Chaffles:
