Bulgur

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of bulgur
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Bring water and salt to a boil.
  • Add bulgur.
  • Cover and remove from heat.
  • Let stand covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork before serving.
  • Add a few drops of olive oil to cooked grain to avoid clumping
