In a slow cooker, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, or until the cheese is fully melted.
Add the cooked chicken and mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 30 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onions.
