1cup240 ml hot sauce (ensure it's carnivore diet-compliant or homemade with animal-based ingredients)
1cup240 ml cream cheese, softened
1/2cup120 ml sour cream
1cupabout 100g shredded cheddar cheese
1tsp5 ml sea salt, or to taste
Instructions
Cook and Shred Chicken: If not already prepared, cook the chicken breasts in the slow cooker with a bit of salt and water on low for 4- 5 hours until tender. Shred the chicken with two forks.
Mix Ingredients: In the slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cook the Dip: Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Keep the slow cooker on the warm setting to serve the dip hot. Serve as is or with carnivore diet-compliant sides, such as pork rinds .
