In a bowl, add the almond flour, yeast, and sea salt and stir to combine. Add the eggs and mix.
Knead the dough and form it into a ball. On a flat surface, between 2 sheets of parchment paper, roll out the dough about ½ inch thick, until it forms a pizza crust 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet, and bake the crust for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Evenly spread the Buffalo chicken on the pizza crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and gorgonzola cheese over the chicken and bake the pizza for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Serve topped with green onions and additional Buffalo sauce, if desired.
