(our favorite is short grain brown rice)
Pinch
of sea salt

of water
Instructions
Place rice in pot with salt and water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover pot and reduce to a simmer for 45-50 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
Do not stir rice while cooking.
Fluff with fork and serve
