Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 7-inch round baking pan with butter.
In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener. Add the whisked eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
Transfer the cake batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool.
Make a filling:
In a bowl, add the heavy cream with the cream cheese, and erythritol powder and whisk until combined.
When the cake is completely cool, turn the cake out onto a serving plate. With a sharp knife, cut the cake horizontally into 2 layers. Evenly spread the filling on the bottom layer. Stack the second layer on top of the filling.
