Instructions
Prepare the Steaks:
Pat the beef heart steaks dry with paper towels.
Season both sides generously with salt.
Sear the Steaks:
Heat the lard in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef heart steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
Rest and Serve:
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Slice thinly against the grain and serve immediately
