In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute. Add the steak and thyme. Toss to coat the steak. Cook for 6 minutes, turning the steak pieces to cook evenly on all sides.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. Add the cauliflower and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until tender.
Return the steak to the skillet. Add the green onions and season to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the steak reaches desired doneness.
