Instructions
In a slow cooker, place the beef. Add the remaining ingredients except the parsley and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours until the meat is very tender.
Sprinkle the beef with the parsley and serve hot.
