Instructions
In a blender or a food processor, combine the cucumbers, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Add 1 cup water and blend, then add additional water to thin it out as desired. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
