Instructions
Prepare the Pork Belly:
Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
Score the skin with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
Rub the sea salt, into the skin and meat.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the Pork Belly:
Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes or until the skin is crispy and puffed.
Rest and Serve:
Remove the pork belly from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
