For the Pesto:

fresh basil leaves

pine nuts

garlic

olive oil

Parmesan cheese
grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make pesto by combining basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor.
Slowly add olive oil while processing until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
Toss with pesto and cherry tomatoes.
Top with toasted pine nuts before serving.
