Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, za'atar seasoning, and sea salt. Rub the chicken thighs with the za'atar mixture pieces around the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Garnish with the fresh mint. Serve with the yogurt.
