15 oz each cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

garlic

low-sodium vegetable broth

fresh basil
chopped

lemon juice

red pepper flakes

baby spinach

Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add beans and broth, mashing half the beans to create a creamy sauce.
Add cooked pasta, spinach, basil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
Toss with pasta water as needed to create a creamy consistency.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
