Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Brown turkey, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and spices, cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, beans, and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
