Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop the seeds out of the center, and discard.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, and peppers.
Spoon the mixture into 2 cucumber halves, overfilling slightly. Top with the other cucumber half, and squeeze gently to seal. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
Slice horizontally into ½-inch bites and serve chilled.
