Ingredients
  

  • 1 T fresh mint minced
  • 1 t fresh oregano minced
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 medium garlic clove peeled and minced
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, or whisk together by hand until thoroughly mixed.
  • Drizzle over salad, veggies, or meat.
  • Store in an airtight container. The ingredients will separate, so blend or mix again before serving.
  • For less spice, add more oil. For more spice, add less oil.
