Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 t honey raw
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 t herbs of choice for salad dressing basil, thyme, chives, rosemary, oregano, tarragon

Instructions
 

  • Whisk (or put in a blender) the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, raw honey, and lemon juice until blended.
  • Gradually add the olive oil while whisking (or blending).
  • Mix in salt, pepper, and dried herbs to taste.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
