basil, thyme, chives, rosemary, oregano, tarragon
Instructions
Whisk (or put in a blender) the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, raw honey, and lemon juice until blended.
Gradually add the olive oil while whisking (or blending).
Mix in salt, pepper, and dried herbs to taste.
Store in the refrigerator.
