Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb radishes whole washed, trimmed, and halved (quartered if they are large)
  • 4 T coconut oil
  • t sea salt to taste
  • t black pepper to taste
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss the radishes, coconut oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary together, and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 30–35 minutes or until the radishes are fork-tender.
  • Mix the vinegars together, and drizzle over the radishes when done. Serve warm or chilled.
