Ingredients
  

  • 1 head green cabbage quartered
  • 3 T avocado oil
  • ½ t sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Brush the cabbage on all sides with avocado oil.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Roast until the cabbage browns (about 35–40 minutes). Serve warm or cold.
